We’re growing our Development & Architecture team for cutting-edge projects in Network-Centric Operations (NCO): complex, multi-interface environments where distributed applications meet real operational needs.

What you’ll do

• Develop high-performance C++ software in an operational, multi-interface ecosystem
• Design and work on distributed & multi-threaded systems (concurrency at scale)
• Take part in system-level software architecture and complex system design
• Collaborate with System / Algorithms / QA teams and customers in Israel & abroad
• Travel abroad when needed for integration, deployment, and training

What we’re looking for

✅ B.Sc. in CS / Software Engineering / relevant field

✅ 5+ years of hands-on C++ development

✅ Experience with distributed systems

✅ Strong understanding of software architecture and complex system design

➕ Big advantage: Real-time / operational systems

➕ Advantage: communication protocols & interfaces (TCP/UDP, sockets, etc.)

✅ Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
