Product Manager

A successful high-tech company developing wireless communication systems for motorcycle, ski, and action-sport helmets, recognized as a global market leader in its domain.

The role-

• Own and drive product strategy and product development.
• Focus on delivering innovative solutions for the company’s strategic partners.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, aligned with customer requirements.
• Create detailed PRDs and ensure alignment across R&D, marketing, and operations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support.
• Support business development activities, including presentations and technical discussions with OEM partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand and deepen existing partnerships.
• Proactively update OEM customers on product changes, firmware releases, and roadmaps.
• Work closely with the VP of Business Development to structure deals and balance technical feasibility with profitability.
• Own and manage OEM product cost structures.
• Maintain and refine technical documentation and training materials.
• Conduct competitive analysis, track market trends and innovations, and translate insights into continuous product improvements.

Requirements-

• Relevant B.Sc. degree.
• Strong understanding of wireless communication technologies, such as Bluetooth, mesh networks, audio systems, and integrated solutions (modules).
• Proven experience managing global B2B products.
• Experience owning the full product lifecycle, from concept and launch through support and go-to-market activities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hebrew.
• Experience preparing presentations and materials for partners and customers.
