CRM Implementation Specialist (HubSpot)

As HubSpot Partners, we build strong GTM foundations on HubSpot, alongside tools like Clay and other best-in-class sources of truth enabling measurable sales and marketing velocity and the ability to test more advanced, AI-driven GTM approaches.

This role is for you if you:

• You have hands-on experience with HubSpot
• You enjoy systems, structure, processes design and automation
• You have an analytical mind with strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (required)
• Self-starter mentality with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
• You’re excited to experiment with AI tools and turn them into practical, scalable operational solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and optimize workflows and processes primarily built on Hubspot, Clay, Make and other similar platforms.
• Own and maintain integrations between HubSpot and tools such as Make, Zapier, and n8n
• Analyze operational and revenue data to create dashboards and reports that support internal and client decision-making
• Support and execute client-facing RevOps and automation projects, from implementation through ongoing optimization
• Work with clients to understand and define their needs and translate them into actionable projects that will deliver results
