A young and promising startup operating in the Agentic AI and Customer Experience Automation space. The company is building an Agentic AI platform for customer experience, enabling SMBs to access the same AI-native capabilities that power the world’s largest enterprises including enterprise-grade automation, deep personalization, and real-time responsiveness.

All of this is delivered without complex systems, technical barriers, or large budgets.

Based in Tel Aviv, near the light rail, the company offers a hybrid work model with one day per week from home.

Currently at an early stage, the company is well-funded by leading venture capital firms.

The role

Join as the first AI Engineer, working as part of the founding team.
Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI systems at scale.
Build LLM workflows and orchestration layers for real-time automation.
Design reasoning pipelines and work with multi-model AI systems.
Lead the development of production-grade AI infrastructure.
Take ownership of AI architecture, from concept through production deployment.
Develop primarily in Python, within an AWS-based environment.

Mandatory Requirements

5 years of experience in Backend and/or Machine Learning development.
Proven experience building and running AI / LLM systems in production.
Strong Python experience.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, including streaming inference, prompt management, and multi-agent systems.
Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
Experience working with AWS and/or GCP.
Strong understanding of MLOps, microservices, and distributed architectures.
B.Sc. from a leading university or equivalent experience from an elite technological military unit.
