Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research to identify opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. This role also requires gathering market insights and developing strategies to align with the company’s growth objectives.

• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify growth opportunities
• Customer Service skills to provide excellent client support and ensure satisfaction
• Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related role is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage
