TAFNIT Division at Matrix is hiring an ERP Project Manager to lead complex, cross-organizational ERP projects for enterprise customers.
What will you do?
• End-to-end management of ERP implementation and upgrade projects using the TAFNIT ERP system
• Analysis of business processes (finance, logistics, and more) and translating them into application solutions
• Close collaboration with customers, business users, implementation, development, and infrastructure teams
• Building work plans, managing timelines and Gantt charts, and leading projects to successful delivery
• Supporting go-live, user training, and real-time handling of application issues
The role includes:
📍Full-time position | Based in Kfar Saba with regular travel to customers across Israel
Requirements:
• Relevant academic degree – Industrial Engineering & Management (mandatory)
• 3+ years of experience managing ERP projects (mandatory)
• Hands-on background in ERP systems – requirements, implementation, and deployment (mandatory)
• Willingness to work from Kfar Saba and travel to customer sites in Israel (mandatory)
• Experience with TAFNIT ERP – strong advantage
• Experience leading teams / matrix management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project Management certification/course – advantage
