Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Arara for an Associate at HasoubLabs. The Associate will contribute to the development and implementation of programs that empower entrepreneurs and professionals in the high-tech industry. Daily responsibilities include coordination of activities, assisting with community engagement, supporting project management tasks, conducting research, and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders. The Associate will also provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to effectively coordinate programs and activities
• Experience in project management, research, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage with diverse groups and communities
• Proficiency in digital tools and technology platforms relevant to program coordination and administrative tasks
• Ability to work on-site, and in the field contributing actively to the local innovation ecosystem
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and interest in entrepreneurship or the high-tech industry
• Previous experience in community-oriented or non-profit work is a plus
