Technical Project Manager

A global Israeli cybersecurity company developing a wide range of security products and solutions across Cloud, Mobile, Web, Endpoint, and additional domains.

Employing thousands of people worldwide, the company is based in Tel Aviv, within walking distance of the train station, and operates a hybrid work model with two days per week from home.

The role

• Lead cross-functional projects spanning hardware and software, supporting the development and release of new products.
• Own the entire project lifecycle, from planning through execution and delivery.
• Manage hardware design planning, hardware development, and prototype builds (EVT, DVT, PVT) in collaboration with external manufacturers.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including R&D, QA, Project Management, and Product Management.
• Drive software release processes, infrastructure changes, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth project execution while meeting timelines, mitigating risks, and managing external vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• Experience with software security, networking systems, or hardware engineering / board design.
• Solid understanding of hardware design techniques, schematic principles, and prototype build processes.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and collaborative approach.
