Your Mission:

You'll define, build, and teach CRM solutions (primarily HubSpot) from the ground up. Think of yourself as an architect creating streamlined business processes. Your role goes beyond just managing software—you'll identify client needs, map out requirements, design solutions, implement them, and train teams effectively.

From integrating WhatsApp into CRMs to automating processes with Monday.com, your work will directly influence how our clients succeed.

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience leading at least one full-cycle CRM, Project Management, or Support system implementation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira, Zendesk, Intercom, etc.). This includes:

1-2 Years of expirience

Identifying business needs

Choosing appropriate technologies

Designing and building the solution

Managing the implementation and training teams

Native-level English proficiency

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

Direct experience designing HubSpot solutions

Educational background in Industrial Engineering or Data-related fields

Experience with Make.com/Zapier

Marketing, PPC, creative roles, or design experience
