What you’ll do:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat etc.
• Own the entire acquisition funnel – from creative concept to conversion.
• Analyze performance data and reporting to improve ROI, ROAS, and CAC.
• Conduct A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and generate insights to maximize results.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in social media.
• Proven track record in performance marketing for digital products.
• Strong understanding of key metrics such as LTV, CAC, ROAS, and budget management.
• Experience in user acquisition and growth – a must.
