Junior AI Consultant & Automation Implementor (Student Position)

The Role:

We are looking for a Business-Oriented Problem Solver. A brilliant student in Industrial Engineering / Economics / Business Administration with a genuine passion for AI technology to join our implementation team.

The role combines business process analysis with practical technical implementation (focusing on No-Code/Low-Code tools, and advanced GenAI prompting), including direct work with the founders and strategic clients.

Work is hybrid or takes place at the company's offices in Tel Aviv or client sites (Central District).

What will you actually do?

• Business Analysis & Process Optimization: Map organizational workflows, identify pain points in current processes (knowledge with enterprise tools like CRM, ERP, Jira, Office 365 is an advantage), and define automation opportunities.
• Advanced GenAI & Solution Creation: Apply advanced prompting techniques for deep research, strategic planning, challenging assumptions, and high-quality content creation. Build apps and functional solutions using "vibe coding" (natural language programming).
• Knowledge Agents Configuration: Design, build, and refine specialized knowledge agents (such as Custom GPTs, Google Gems) to serve specific organizational needs and accessibility.
• Build & Implement (Hands-on): Develop practical automation workflows using advanced Low-Code tools (n8n, Relevance AI, Make). Connect systems (API Integration) and build smart business logic.
• Client Engagement: Join AI workshops at client sites, provide real-time support to participants, assist in training users, and ensure successful adoption of solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Student: 1.5–2 years remaining until graduation (availability for 50–100 hours per month). MUST.
• Advanced AI Proficiency: Experience with advanced prompting, creating knowledge agents (GPTs, Gems), and utilizing GenAI for research and content. MUST.
• Automation Skills: Proven experience (including personal projects) building AI-integrated automations (Make, n8n). MUST.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to meetings/workshops at client sites in the Central District and Tel Aviv. MUST.
• Business Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Enterprise ecosystems and tools (e.g., Office 365, Teams, CRM, ERP, Jira, Monday).
• Client-Facing Capabilities: Excellent communication skills, presentable, and capable of working with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent English: High-level reading, writing, and prompt formulation skills.
