IT Team Leader

A leading Israeli technology company specializing in advanced digital solutions for B2B commerce, data analytics, and supply chain management.

Based in Petah Tikva, with convenient access to the light rail and public transportation, the company operates a hybrid work model with one day per week from home.

The role-

• Lead the corporate IT team of four team members.
• Maintain a hands-on role (70%) alongside managerial responsibilities.
• Drive operational excellence and promote technological innovation across on-prem and cloud infrastructures.
• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of company systems.
• Handle complex infrastructure-level troubleshooting.
• Manage and maintain IT environments, primarily in Windows-based systems.
• Provide end-user support and ensure high service availability across the organization.

Requirements-

• 8 years of proven experience managing and leading IT teams.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft-based cloud environments, including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Teams.
• In-depth knowledge of networking and communication equipment.
• Hands-on experience operating and maintaining firewalls, including Check Point and FortiGate.
• Experience designing and implementing security solutions such as EDR, DLP, EPM, and NAC.
• Broad expertise in systems management, including Hyper-V, VMware, F5 XC & BIG-IP, and storage platforms.
• Proven experience with Windows servers: installation, upgrades, maintenance, and security.
• Experience with Linux servers (advantage): installation, upgrades, maintenance, and security.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining cloud environments on AWS and Azure.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, high service orientation, ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, adapt to change, and proactively drive improvements.
