Ecommerce TM & Affiliation Manager

In this position, you will be responsible for shaping the brand's digital presence and driving sales through strategic content and partnership management. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategy Development: Building a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals and target audience behavior.
• Localization & Collaboration: Tailoring content for diverse global markets in close coordination with Channel Managers.
• End-to-End Content Creation: Overseeing the creation of high-quality assets for all e-commerce channels, including product pages (PDPs), advertisements, UX copy, banners, blogs, and newsletters.
• Creative Execution: Working alongside Copy and Creative teams to launch high-impact marketing campaigns.
• SEO & Optimization: Implementing advanced SEO principles for product pages to improve organic visibility and conversion.
• Performance Analysis: Utilizing analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize content performance based on data-driven insights.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in advertising/marketing agencies or in a Digital/Product Marketing role.
• Technical Skills: * Proven experience in briefing creative teams and proofreading professional content.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in visual content tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva).
• Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English (additional languages are a significant advantage).
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of current digital and e-commerce trends.
• Advantages: Experience working with global companies within the Luxury or Beauty sectors.
