Job Description:

• Lead and implement Workflow processes and approval cycles within SAP systems.
• The role includes requirements gathering, process analysis and design, building and enhancing approval workflows, ongoing maintenance of existing processes, troubleshooting and issue resolution, and documentation using flowcharts and functional specification documents.
• In addition, the role involves working with custom Workflow enhancements beyond standard SAP functionality, and occasionally developing reports and supporting tools related to workflow processes.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience working with SAP Workflow (WF) in advanced SAP versions
• At least 4 years of experience developing and implementing custom enhancements for Workflow objects and approval processes beyond standard SAP WF
• Relevant education: Academic degree or technological courses
• Advantage: Experience working with additional SAP modules, especially SAP HR
• Advantage: Professional SAP training and certifications
• Advantage: Experience in ABAP development
• Advantage: Experience implementing Workflow in SAP S/4HANA environments
