Join TAMM in the Missile and Space Systems Division as an Electro-Optical Systems Engineer, contributing to cutting-edge projects in stabilized electro-optical technologies.

The position includes:

• Leading the technical aspects of the project across all engineering areas, ensuring the technical solution meets requirements and serving as the primary technical interface with the customer

• Defining and managing requirements across all disciplines

• Leading engineering processes in the program, including development, engineering testing, and planning and executing engineering experiments

• Planning and executing the system integration and initial assembly program

• Guiding, mentoring, and monitoring engineering tasks

• Providing engineering support to project management and the project manager

• Ensuring compliance with development procedures within the Optronics Engineering Division and the Aerospace Industries

• Supporting the transfer to production, including initial training of the production line and troubleshooting engineering issues

• Managing system versions and configuration

• Analyzing, identifying, and managing engineering risks in the project

• Initiating and approving engineering change orders and leading development reviews in the project

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electro-Optics, or Physics with a focus in Electro-Optics

• Minimum of three years of experience in electronics or electro-optics engineering

• Experience in systems engineering processes or technical project management

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and system-level thinking skills
