Field Application Specialist

🔬 We’re Hiring: Clinical Field Application Specialist – PTSD Technology

Hybrid | Remote + Field-Based | North Israel

At AltaCare, we’re expanding our clinical team to support the rollout and long-term success of Prism, an advanced neurotechnology platform for PTSD care.

This role blends clinical practice, technology, and customer success. You’ll build strong partnerships with hospitals and clinical centers, support clinicians in the field, and drive adoption and sustained system use.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead clinical  &technical training and onboarding

✔ Support system setup, calibration, and protocol adherence

✔ Own relationships with clinical sites to ensure engagement and satisfaction

✔ Act as the bridge between clinicians, product, and R&D teams

✔ Translate field insights into workflow and product improvements

Who We’re Looking For:

🎓 Background in Psychology, Neuroscience, Life Sciences, Business & Marketing or related field

🧠 Experience in clinical support, medical devices, training, or customer success - advantage

💬 Fluent in Hebrew and English | 🚗 Willing to travel across Israel
