The Role:

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager with a background in Industrial Engineering or a related field to join the software department. You'll take part in managing projects and solutions, including cutting-edge learning technologies.

As part of your work at Devlion, you'll step into the exciting world of learning technologies and artificial intelligence, helping organizations stay ahead in a rapidly evolving educational landscape.

Your Impact:

• Lead and Innovate: Assist in managing projects that involve state-of-the-art learning management systems and AI-driven solutions.
• Plan and Execute: Define project scopes, predict resources, and help develop detailed work plans to meet objectives efficiently.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive Excellence: Monitor progress, make necessary adjustments, and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Learn and Grow: Gain hands-on experience in agile project management within the dynamic field of learning technologies and AI.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of enterprise-level learning technologies.
• Help develop and oversee detailed project plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet evolving needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Candidates with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.
• A strong commitment to project management and driving impactful solutions.
• Background or passion for education – an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience managing or participating in projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Moodle – an advantage.
• 0 to 2 Years of Experience.
