LLM Engineer (AI)

A growing startup operating at the intersection of AI and Digital Health. The company has developed an audio- and AI-based system that monitors the well-being of elderly individuals in their homes, helping care providers detect anomalies, build care plans, and predict medical deterioration.

Based in Tel Aviv, with train-line access, the company operates a hybrid work model with two days per week from home and employs dozens of people, with significant growth expected over the coming year.

The role-

• Join the development team, reporting to the R&D Team Lead in Israel.
• Develop backend systems using Node.js and Python.
• Work with LLM-based solutions, with a focus on tool selection and integration.
• Contribute to building AI-driven healthcare systems operating at scale.

Requirements-

• 6+ years of experience in Backend development.
• Strong Python experience – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js – mandatory.
• Proven experience working with cloud environments – mandatory.
• Experience working with LLM-based solutions – mandatory
• (including tool selection, integration, or collaboration with internal stakeholders on AI methodologies, even at an early stage).
