Automation & Test Lead

We are looking for an Automation & Test Lead to take ownership of the testing and automation domain in a complex, high-scale development environment. This role involves building and leading end-to-end test infrastructures, working closely with development and DevOps teams, and ensuring high reliability, quality, and observability across distributed systems.

The position requires strong technical depth, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to drive processes independently in mission-critical projects, from design and planning to execution and continuous improvement.

Technologies & Tools

• Hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes (K8s)
• Strong working knowledge of Linux environments
• Experience with APM tools
• Monitoring and observability using Elastic Stack (ELK/EFK), Prometheus, and Grafana
• Containerization and deployment using Docker and Helm
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools

Programming Languages & Testing Frameworks

• Proficiency in Python
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Pytest
• Experience with Selenium – advantage
• Experience with Playwright – advantage

Professional & Methodological Skills

• Experience in building end-to-end test automation infrastructure
• Leading and owning the automation domain within a development project
• Writing Design Documents
• Creating and maintaining Test Plans
• Documentation of test environments
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities in complex systems
• Experience working with distributed systems / microservices architecture
• Background in elite technological units (e.g., 8200) – advantage
