We are seeking an experienced Global Director of Talent Acquisition for a hyper-Growth Start-up, to lead and scale a distributed, multi-regional TA organization during a period of accelerated growth.
This is a senior, strategic leadership role within the HR leadership team, reporting directly to the CHRO based in Israel.
The role is responsible for transforming Talent Acquisition into a scalable, structured, and data-driven global function. The organization operates at a significant scale, with continuous hiring demand across regions and a complex global TA setup. This position combines strategic ownership, global people leadership, and hands-on operational excellence in a highly intensive and fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Growth: Own and lead the global Talent Acquisition strategy, supporting sustained high-growth hiring across multiple geographies.
- Leadership: Manage and develop a distributed global TA organization, including recruiters, sourcers, and regional TA leads.
- Operations & Data: Design and implement global hiring processes, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to enable transparency, prioritization, and predictability.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a senior executive partner to hiring managers and leadership.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with HR leadership, Compensation & Benefits, and other senior stakeholders.
- Scalability: Play a key role in preparing the organization for its next stages of growth and long-term scale.
We’re Looking For:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Global Talent Acquisition Leader (Director / Senior Director / Head of TA) in the GTM and R&D segment.
- Global Management: Demonstrated global people management experience, including leading teams across multiple regions and geographies.
- Executive Presence: Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and partner with senior leadership.
- Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition operations, metrics, and scalable process design.
- Structure & Governance: Track record of building structure, governance, and clarity in fast-growing organizations.
- Personal Attributes: Highly independent, resilient, and comfortable operating in high-intensity environments.
