Full Stack Developer

A leading financial organization is looking for a Fullstack developer - Innovation & Process Development, with a strong academic background or hands-on development experience gained in an elite military computing unit.

This role is intended for candidates who have actually developed software in production environments - not infrastructure-only, support, or operational roles - with proven experience in cloud-based development (AWS).

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing end-to-end technological solutions (Front-End and Back-End), primarily in cloud environments
• Building modern, responsive user interfaces
• Designing advanced Back-End logic and automation solutions
• Creating integrations between internal systems and data analytics platforms
• Leading cross-division initiatives from POC stage to full production deployment

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field from a leading university

or

• Graduate of an elite military computing unit in a hands-on software development role



• 4+ years of experience as a software developer (military service included, where relevant)
• Experience with Front-End frameworks such as React / Angular / Vue.js – strong advantage
• Experience with Python / Node.js / Java – strong advantage
• Knowledge of ASP.NET / C# – advantage
• Knowledge of SQL and BI tools – advantage
• Experience working in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)
• Experience with AI / Machine Learning tools – strong advantage
• Strong systems thinking, excellent communication skills, and creative, out-of-the-box thinking
