200-employee digital insurance agency operating in France, on a mission to simplify the insurance experience and make it accessible, fast, and fully online.

With over 45,000 customers and a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating, they are transforming a traditionally complex industry into a seamless, user-friendly digital journey - from getting a quote in 3 minutes to purchasing a policy in just a few clicks.

We are now looking for a Senior Business Leader to lead the company’s next growth phase:

🎯 Target profiles:

• VP / Head of Business Development
• Chief Business Development Officer
• Chief Growth Officer
• Managing Director / General Manager
• Or a CEO with a strong Business Development background

Must-haves:

✔️ Fluent French

✔️ Strong business development & commercial leadership experience

✔️ Background in Insurance, InsurTech, Fintech or Digital Consumer Services

✔️ Experience scaling operations and driving growth
