Financial Controller

A-6684 is a holding company that seeks out investment opportunities involving active management and operational efficiency. We are looking for an individual to assume the position of Financial Controller, overseeing both the holding company’s activities and those of our portfolio companies. This is a hands-on role that combines financial oversight with day-to-day operational support.

In addition, the candidate will work alongside the CEO on all investment-related activities and assist with the company’s M&A efforts.

This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring on-site presence at various locations in Israel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation are collected and organized
• Make all day-to-day payments and monitor cashflow and money movements across multiple entities
• Assist with financing arrangements, including the creation of loan agreements, verification of interest calculations and supporting the process of obtaining external financing and debt
• Maintain tracking and reporting of the holding company’s investments
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and monitor their progress
• Assume full responsibility for financial reporting and ensure adherence to banking covenants
• Assist with building out centralized financial management software and integrate new activities
• Liaise with auditors to conclude an annual audit of the financial statements
• Pursue ongoing efficiencies relating to working capital, pricing, and taxation
• Analyze incoming investment opportunities
• Manage third-party service providers with respect to investment activities
• Coordinate due diligence activities pertaining to potential investments 
• Conduct company specific and general industry research

Requirements

• Fluent English and Hebrew
• Certified Public Accountant
• Proven experience working with Priority
• At least 3 years of experience working in a finance related field
• Superior knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptionally organized and competent individual
• Quick thinker, savvy problem solver and a positive attitude
