Junior role, full time

We are growing and are looking for a hands on Digital Experience Specialist to own and improve our core digital systems.

This role sits at the intersection of Shopify, Klaviyo, UX, CRO and marketing execution.

If you like fixing things, improving flows, spotting friction and making digital experiences feel better and smarter, this is for you.

What you’ll do

• Own day to day implementation and maintenance of Shopify and Klaviyo

• Implement UX and UI improvements across the site

• Fix bugs, issues and inconsistencies quickly and cleanly

• Build and optimize Klaviyo flows and email experiences

• Support CRO initiatives, testing ideas, improvements and learnings

• Work closely with marketing, creative and ecommerce teams

• Help connect creative ideas to technical execution

• Take responsibility for how the digital experience actually works, not just how it looks

What we’re looking for

• Around 1 to 3 years experience in Shopify, Klaviyo or similar ecommerce environments

• Strong technical orientation with marketing understanding

• Sensitivity to design, UX and brand experience

• Comfortable implementing changes independently

• Curious, detail oriented and solution driven

• Someone who enjoys both systems and creativity

• Fluent English and Hebrew, written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience with CRO tools or analytics

• Basic HTML or CSS understanding

• Experience in DTC or fashion ecommerce

• Passion for digital products and user experience
