We are seeking a senior executive to lead the company’s global investor relations function and oversee business performance of the U.S. subsidiary. This role is responsible for shaping external financial communications, managing relationships with international investors and analysts, and providing strategic oversight of U.S. market performance in close partnership with corporate leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global investor relations strategy and external financial communications
- Serve as primary contact for investors, analysts, and the financial community
- Advise executive leadership on investor sentiment and capital markets positioning
- Support capital markets initiatives, including IPOs and financings
- Oversee analysis and performance management of the U.S. subsidiary in collaboration with FP&A
- Act as a key liaison between HQ and U.S. leadership
