DevOps Team Lead – iGaming Platform

We are a leading provider of solutions and services for iGaming operators, and we are looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to drive the creation and evolution of a cutting-edge gaming platform.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on DevOps professional who thrives in production environments, is passionate about modern infrastructure and automation, and is motivated to build scalable, production-grade systems while mentoring and leading a growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow the DevOps team, setting technical direction, standards, and best practices
• Own the architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability of the production infrastructure
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments with a focus on security and repeatability
• Drive infrastructure automation across AWS and Linux environments using Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management tools
• Build and maintain highly available and fault-tolerant systems, including:
• Version control, build, and deployment pipelines
• Monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
• Configuration management and incident response processes
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, QA, and IT/Operations teams to streamline delivery and accelerate release cycles
• Improve operational maturity through observability, SRE practices, incident management, and postmortems
• Evaluate and implement infrastructure tooling that supports scalability, efficiency, and compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading DevOps or Infrastructure teams with full ownership and delivery responsibility
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS architecture and services
• Extensive experience operating and maintaining large-scale production systems
• Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Strong experience running Kubernetes in production environments
• Solid Linux administration and scripting skills
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK
• Production experience managing databases, including backup, replication, and high-availability strategies
• Hands-on experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, and distributed system components
• Experience developing automation or tooling in Golang (or similar languages)
