About The Position

This is a managerial role reporting directly to the VP of Operations.

The position is part of the global management team and requires 24/7 on-call availability.

We are seeking someone with strong human relations and a service-oriented mindset, who demonstrates credibility, accountability and accuracy, and works effectively as a team player.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the company’s global IT environment, ensuring efficient support, maintenance, and continuous optimization of all IT infrastructure worldwide.
Provide hands-on leadership of critical IT systems, including production environments, cloud infrastructure, servers, workstations, and network devices – maintaining high performance and availability.
Oversee daily IT operations, including the implementation and management of Linux environments, LAN/WAN networks, and communication systems (VoIP).
Design, implement, and maintain robust information and cybersecurity systems.
Lead IT security initiatives, including the management of firewalls, VPNs, data encryption, and other measures to ensure the protection of company data.
Ensure compliance with global data privacy and information security regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, hardware, and networking issues across multiple global sites.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and data backup procedures.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing agreements.
Oversee IT asset management, license compliance, and related documentation.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Global IT & IS Manager, with proven hands-on management of complex IT environments.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate, select, and implement information systems solutions.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and licensing processes.
Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud technologies (Azure or equivalent), Office 365, networking, and information/cybersecurity.
Practical, hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, virtualization, and cloud-based systems.
Excellent English
