Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochav Yair Tzur Yigal for a Project Execution Department Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing project execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to fire protection standards, and maintaining the company’s high-quality benchmarks. Other responsibilities include planning project timelines, monitoring progress, managing budgets, handling regulatory compliance, and fostering communication with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery on all fronts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, leadership, and cross-functional team coordination
• Technical proficiency in engineering concepts related to fire safety standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with budget management and regulatory compliance processes
• Ability to work effectively on-site and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Knowledge of international fire safety certifications (e.g., UL, ASTM, NFPA) is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required
• Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 certification, is a plus
