Job Description

Responsible for the analysis, design, and improvement of technological systems within the organization, while understanding both business and technological requirements and aligning them with optimal technology solutions.

Work closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement innovative and efficient systems.

Job Requirements

• At least one year of experience in technical systems analysis.
• Experience writing system specification documents (High-Level Design and Detailed Design).
• Experience in defining and documenting interfaces and APIs.
• Experience analyzing complex systems, cross-organizational business processes, and integrations between systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility, and high work ethic.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft – an advantage.
• Experience in web-based systems analysis – an advantage.
• Familiarity with the telecommunications market – an advantage.
