Job Responsibilities:

● Lead the company’s data and analytics function as a strategic business partner.

● Work closely with executive leadership on revenue, pricing, product, and growth decisions.

● Identify opportunities for AI and advanced analytics to create measurable business value.

● Define KPIs, measure impact, and ensure insights translate into execution.

Job Requirements:

● 5+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, or Business Analysis roles.

● Strong analytical thinking combined with a clear business mindset.

● Experience working with large‑scale data and translating insights into decisions.

● Comfortable working with numbers, trade‑offs, and business outcomes.

● Ambitious, curious, and eager to grow into a senior leadership role.
