Personal Computer Technician

We’re seeking a PC Technician to join our team and provide end-user support across a diverse and growing organization.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting users with hardware, software, communication systems, and multimedia
• Working in a Microsoft-based environment (Linux knowledge is a big plus!)
• Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and taking full ownership of technical issues
• On-site support and maintenance at company locations

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience as a PC Technician in a large organization (500+ users)
• Experience in domain-managed environments
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
• Professional training as a PC Technician
• CCNA certification – a big advantage
• Linux knowledge – a big advantage
• Office 365 experience – a plus
• Valid driver’s license – required
