Embedded Engineer

JOB LOCATION: YOKNEAM / GIVATAYIM

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced embedded engineer to play a critical role in building our IoT products and empowering Netafim Digital Farming solutions.

By joining our development team, you’ll be working on tackling some of the world's most complex challenges, advancing life around the world by creating the next generation of our Digital Farming solutions, from the design through the development and testing phases up to end-to-end integration within the other Netafim products.

To succeed in this role, you will need in-depth knowledge and expertise in a broad range of areas and technologies, including RTOS, LoRa, Telecommunications, BLE, and more.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of Embedded SW development experience – Must
• 3+ years of system programming in RTOS – Must
• Experience in embedded systems – Must
• Experience writing and maintaining production code – Must
• Deep understanding of design patterns, systems & SW architecture – Must
• Experience in RF - strong advantage
• Lora / LoraWAN, BLE, Telecommunications – Strong Advantage
• Experience with multi-threaded application programming – Advantage
• Deep knowledge in low-power IoT systems – Advantage
• Experience with Processor families: STM32 – Advantage
• Background in Electronics – Advantage
• B.Sc. or higher degree in Computer Sciences, EE, Physics, or equivalent
