We are hiring a full-time Monday.com Implementer in Petah Tikva. This is a key and impactful role within the organization and an excellent opportunity to enter the worlds of Information Systems, system analysis, and BI, combining analytical work, business process understanding, and delivery of technological solutions to diverse customers.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and deploy the monday.com platform according to business and technical requirements

• Analyze and define business processes and translate them into system workflows

• Build automations, dashboards, and basic BI reports

• Provide application and technical support to users and customers

• Deliver training and ongoing guidance to customers on system usage

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders

• Improve and optimize processes using no-code / low-code tools

Requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of information systems and business process analysis

• 1–2 years of experience implementing and defining processes in information systems (CRM / ERP) – significant advantage

• Technological degree – Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics with Information Systems specialization – an advantage

• Hands-on experience with the monday.com platform – significant advantage

• High-level English

• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills

• Ability to work in a team, with strong self-management and learning capabilities

• High presentation skills
