Senior System Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and define core financial systems and business processes
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Guide programmers and QA engineers to ensure proper execution of specifications
• Oversee projects from requirement gathering through testing and production deployment
• Work within Agile methodologies, managing and prioritizing development and testing backlogs
• Provide ongoing progress reports to the team leader

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis and project management-Must
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries-Must
• Advanced Excel skills-Must
• Proven experience analyzing insurance or financial systems- A significant advantage
• Background in software development and solid understanding of system architectures- An Advantage
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end delivery projects (requirements gathering, business analysis, detailed specification, and coordination with development and QA teams)-An Advantage
