Senior Product Manager - Agentic Platform

SETT is the AI creative engine for mobile gaming. We help studios like Zynga, King, Playtika, and Rovio find winning ads faster - generating playable and video ads at scale using agentic AI. Series A, ~50 people, Tel Aviv. We're growing fast and hiring our first Product Manager reporting directly to the Head of Product.

The role

You'll own our core production system - the AI that generates playable ads for our clients. Your mission: increase throughput, improve quality, and reduce the human effort required to go from idea to shipped creative. This is a systems PM role. You'll be designing workflows, optimizing pipelines, and defining how AI agents behave in ambiguous situations. The work is technical, operational, and high-impact - every improvement you ship directly affects our ability to deliver for clients.

Responsibilities:

You will:

• Own the roadmap for our core production system
• Ship features that increase output quality and speed
• Define product behavior for agentic AI (what happens when requests are ambiguous, how to handle errors gracefully, how to surface progress)
• Work closely with engineering, ops, and the team that operates the system daily
• Identify bottlenecks and friction points across the production pipeline and eliminate them
• Have direct impact on revenue and client outcomes
• Work with a team that values speed, honesty, and winning
  
  

• Is AI-native. You use AI tools in your daily work. You understand evals and can convey product taste through data. You follow model releases like others follow sports.
• A Systems thinker. You're drawn to workflows, automation, state management, and error handling. You find "how do we make this 10x faster" more interesting than "what color should this button be."
• Ships fast. You make decisions at 70% certainty. You'd rather learn from a wrong decision than wait for perfect information. You're allergic to process theater.
• Leads with substance. Sharp thinking, clear communication, no bullshit. You can walk into a room of smart people and earn their respect through the quality of your ideas.

• 5+ years in product management roles
• Experience shipping technical or B2B products (not just consumer apps)
• Experience shipping LLM/Agentic based products
• Track record of working closely with engineering teams on complex systems
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, metrics, and defining success criteria
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Mobile gaming or user acquisition background - Advantage
• You actually play games - Advantage
