We’re hiring a QA & Integration Team Leader for a full-time, on-site position in the Herzliya area.
• Lead and manage an integration and QA team
• Define, implement and monitor testing methodologies
• Gather and analyze requirements and prepare test documentation (STP, STD)
• Build and review functional test plans and scenarios
• Manage defects, issues and quality processes across projects
• Work closely with R&D, IT and project teams throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience testing HW & SW products
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing QA teams
• Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills
• Hands-on experience with test equipment and QA / bug tracking tools (Azure TFS – advantage)
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with automation (Python / AI) – advantage
• Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
