Director Product Management (Enterprise Work Management)

As Director of Product Management – Enterprise Work Management, you’ll lead one of monday.com’s most strategic product domains, responsible for a significant and growing portion of our business. You’ll define and execute the product vision that enables large organizations to plan, govern, and execute work at scale—across teams, portfolios, and the enterprise as a whole.

This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of product strategy, platform thinking, and enterprise execution. You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing, and lead multiple product groups building mission-critical capabilities for our largest customers.

About The Role

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and evolve monday.com’s enterprise work management strategy, spanning project, portfolio, and resource management, as well as enterprise-grade administration, governance, and compliance.
• Own the enterprise product vision across the portfolio, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business priorities, and long-term platform strategy.
• Develop deep understanding of enterprise buyer and user personas (e.g., PMOs, IT, security, execs, team leads) and translate their needs into scalable, differentiated product solutions.
• Represent the Enterprise Work Management domain in company-wide planning, influencing roadmaps, go-to-market decisions, and revenue growth.
  
  

• Own the roadmap and execution for enterprise work management and platform capabilities, setting clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Lead multiple product groups (and growing), ensuring strong ownership, focus, and alignment toward shared strategic goals.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, sales, customer success, support, and marketing to deliver cohesive, enterprise-ready solutions.
• Build scalable processes to support enterprise customers, including account sponsorship, escalations, risk mitigation, and feedback loops.
  
  

• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of product leaders, including managers of managers.
• Foster a culture of accountability, impact, and high product standards.
• Lead with data and insight—leveraging customer feedback, usage patterns, and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
• Act as a thought leader internally and externally on enterprise product management and modern work management at scale.
  
  

• 10+ years of product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, with significant focus on enterprise-scale products; VP-level experience is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of owning product strategy for a meaningful business domain and driving both strategic direction and execution.
• Extensive experience in platform and infrastructure-level product areas, including administration, data governance, security, and compliance.
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling security- and compliance-sensitive features, including work with regulated or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience growing and leading product organizations, managing managers, and operating effectively in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; public speaking experience is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset, comfortable operating at both high-level vision and deep product detail.
• MBA or equivalent experience – advantage.
