CREATIVE VIDEO DIRECTOR & EDITING LEAD

Lead the visual language of a young and dynamic brand – from concept to screen.

About the Role

• Drive the creative execution of video content from initial idea to final delivery
• Develop and structure engaging video flows for both shooting and editing
• Translate content ideas into compelling direction, filming, and editing that works on screen
• Own the brand’s editing style and visual storytelling
• Define standards for pace, tone, and narrative in both shooting and editing
• Manage video editors and collaborate closely with the Creative Director
• Work with the Head Producer and production team to deliver high-quality outputs

Requirements

• Proven experience in directing and editing video content
• Deep understanding of editing as a creative process (storytelling, building a visual language)
• Ability to take a concept and execute it sharply, dynamically, and engagingly
• Strong connection to social media and organic content trends
• Understanding of young audiences, trend culture, and fast-paced editing styles
• Excellent teamwork, clear communication, and accountability for deliverables
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
