We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Team Leader (at least 5 of relevant experience) to join our small and highly skilled team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Scrum, C++ and Linux and must have the passion to learn and integrate new technologies to our micro-services ecosystem.

In this role, you will:

Lead the execution new features development.
Facilitate the scrum teamwork of 5-7 talented and experienced engineers
Hands on coding
Be part of the group management team

You will be expected to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, should be a people person, have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as strong profiling skills.

Requirements:

The ideal Software Team Leader who we are looking for should have

Experienced (and love) software development 5+ years
Experience as a Team Leader- 3-5 years
Scrum experience
Experienced with C++ and Python
Experience with Object Oriented Design
Experienced working with Linux
Strong technical knowledge and passion to learn more
Strong teamwork and communication skills
