We are seeking a Fund Operations Associate to join our Tel Aviv office and support the daily operational activities of our private credit funds. The role focuses on cash operations, reconciliations, portfolio records, data integrity, and coordination across banks, service providers, and internal teams. You will work closely with our accounting, fund administration, and loan operations teams as part of a collaborative, hands-on operational group.
Key Responsibilities
- Cash operations: Execute daily cash activities including wires, FX, fund transfers, cash reconciliations across multiple bank and custodian accounts, and coordination with banks on account openings, signatories, and operational issues.
- Portfolio records & data: Maintain accurate books and records of positions, cash flows, and transactions; support the loan operations team with schedules and repayment tracking; and provide clean operational data and schedules to the Fund Accounting team and Fund Administrator for NAV and quarter-end processes.
- Service provider coordination: Collaborate with the Fund Administrator, banks, custodians, trustees, and legal operations teams by delivering required workpapers, managing day-to-day operational flows, and reviewing administrator outputs for operational accuracy.
- Reporting & internal support: Prepare internal reconciliations, exposure summaries, and cash reports, and support quarterly investor reporting through accurate, well-organized data updates.
- Systems & process improvement: Operate and enhance portfolio management systems and Excel-based tools while driving workflow improvements, automation initiatives, and data integrity across operational processes.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in fund operations/fund accounting/loan operations/fund administration, or a related operational role.
- Strong Excel skills and high comfort with financial systems, bank portals, and operational tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability.
- A proactive, collaborative team player with the ability to work across multiple entities and stakeholders. Excels as an individual contributor, delivering high-quality work in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Experience in private credit, structured finance, or lending operations is an advantage.
