An opportunity to lead and manage end-to-end (E2E) technological projects - from business requirements analysis through go-live and stabilization.
What are we looking for?
Approximately 2 years of experience in project management / systems analysis / systems management – required
In-depth knowledge of the telephony domain:
CTI / IVR – required
Contact Center systems – required
Proven experience working with end-to-end (E2E) processes – required
Strong ability to perform reverse engineering on existing systems – required
