Job Summary:

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Product Specialist in the field of Ophthalmology.

A role that includes responsibility, initiative, and real influence on the company's activities in the region, alongside involvement in formulating and implementing a medical and marketing strategy, in a professional and dynamic environment.

Location: Field activity in the Central-South region, Israel.

Main Responsibilities:

• Active involvement in formulating the medical strategy and implementing it in the field.
• Mapping the region, building a work plan and managing regional activity.
• Understanding and analyzing the patient journey and clinical and marketing implications.
• Initiating and leading dedicated projects and expanding activity with specialist doctors.
• Ongoing work with leading ophthalmologists.
• Participation in professional conferences.
• Budget management and leading marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences - required
• Previous experience as a medical representative/product specialist in pharma - required
• Ability to lead end-to-end tasks and processes
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work with experts
• Strategic thinking alongside an applied and executive approach
• Initiative, personal responsibility and ability to work independently in the field
