We're a fast-paced, fully regulated online Sports-betting and Casino operator. Operating from Spain & Israel, with hubs across Europe and LATAM, we serve players in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Panama and Argentina.
We are looking for a Junior Paid Social media to join our team!
This role will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns that drive online traffic and revenue to the company's website/app. This includes managing budgets, create copies and creatives requests, targeting audience segments, and analyzing campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and optimizing Social Ads campaigns to maximize return on investment.
- Brainstorming and execution of new ideas using various targeting options and creatives.
- Analyze online trends, consumer behaviors, and market dynamics to inform advertising strategies.
- Design and refine marketing funnels to optimize customer journeys from awareness to conversion.
- Establish and monitor KPIs such as conversion rates and prediction performance metrics.
- Conduct A/B tests, analyze data, and produce reports for continuous optimization.
- Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, funnel analysis, and ROI/ROAS providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online advertising with overall performance and marketing goals.
- Continuously analyze data to identify opportunities and challenges within the online strategy.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth by testing new advertising solutions and tools
Qualifications
- Proven experience in running advertising campaigns on social media platforms with high monthly budget
- Knowledge of advertising tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Snap Ads, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical abilities to translate data insights into strategic budget decisions, optimize costs, and maximize advertising efficiency using Excel and digital analytics tools.
- Good organizational skills and time management.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in an actionable manner.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple campaigns.
- Independent and highly motivated with a demonstrated ability to succeed.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced industry.
- Desire for continuous learning and exploration of new advertising tools and strategies.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Effective negotiations with external partners.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience
- Fluent English Mandatory: spoken/written
- Spanish Language Advantage
- Previous experience with RMG campaigns – Advantage
- Technological / mathematical aptitude
- Excellent Excel skills
