About the role:
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO to support a fast-growing company in the electric mobility and energy management space. This role works closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive alignment, execution, and operating discipline as the company grows and complexity.
The Chief of Staff plays a critical role in translating strategy into action, running the executive operating rhythm, and ensuring the company’s top priorities are executed effectively.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to have a meaningful impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into clear plans and execution.
- Act as a thought partner, helping sharpen ideas, challenge assumptions, and drive follow-through.
- Own and run the company-wide OKR process, including quarterly planning and executive alignment.
- Support the executive leadership team by driving focus, prioritization, and accountability.
- Design and manage executive meetings, leadership forums, and planning cycles.
- Track progress on key initiatives, surface risks early, and support course correction.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams and lack a natural owner.
- Improve alignment and execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
What Success Looks Like:
- Company priorities are clear, focused, and consistently executed.
- OKRs are used as an effective management and decision-making tool.
- Leadership meetings are efficient, well-structured, and action-oriented.
- Cross-functional initiatives are delivered on time and with impact.
- The CEO and leadership team operate with greater focus and clarity as the company scales.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Chief of staff, strategy, operations, consulting, program management, or similar roles.
- Experience working in scaling companies in technology or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to work closely with senior executives.
- Experience owning or running OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence across teams without formal authority.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
