A global FoodTech company, operating in the international arena and undergoing significant growth, is looking for an experienced CFO for a senior and central position in the company's management.

Job Description:

Overall responsibility for all of the company's financial activities in Israel and abroad.

Management of global financial activities with an emphasis on North America and Europe.

Strategic financial management and ongoing business support for management and the CEO.

Leading the investor relations (IR) department and working with the capital market, analysts, banks and financial entities.

Responsibility for financial reporting of companies traded in North America, with an emphasis on (NASDAQ, NYSE, TSX).

Management of financial activities of subsidiaries in North America and Europe.

Leading transactions, building financial models and supporting strategic decisions.

Full responsibility for the operation Financial: budget, cash flow, control, reporting and regulatory compliance.

Leading the establishment, implementation and upgrade of ERP systems (priority for PRIORITY).

Managing a financial team that includes a chief accounting officer in Israel, an accounting officer in the US and an accountant and upgrading the team as needed.

Working as part of a senior management team (C-Level), in a hands-on role with a high office presence.

Significant experience as a CFO or in a senior financial role in public companies, with an emphasis on companies traded in North America.

Proven experience working with TSX and public companies in the US.

Full control of IFRS standards and capital market reporting.

Strong business orientation and ability to support management in growth and decision-making processes.

Experience in managing a global financial system, including operations in North America and Europe.

Experience in leading and implementing ERP systems - a significant advantage for PRIORITY.

Experience working as part of senior management / C-Level.

English language level If.

Ability to work in a position of trust, in a sensitive and discreet environment."
