DevOps Team Leader

NetoPlay, a leading provider of solutions and services for iGaming operators located in Haifa, is looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to drive the creation and evolution of an innovative gaming platform.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on DevOps professional who thrives in production environments, is passionate about modern infrastructure and automation, and is motivated to build scalable production-grade systems while mentoring and leading a growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, setting technical direction, standards, and best practices.
• Own the architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability of the production infrastructure.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple product environments, ensuring repeatable and secure deployments.
• Drive infrastructure automation across AWS and Linux environments using Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management tools.
• Establish high-availability and fault-tolerant environments covering:
• Version control, builds, deployments
• Monitoring, alerting, logging
• Configuration management and incident response
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, Development, and IT/Operations to streamline delivery processes and accelerate release cycles.
• Improve operational maturity through observability, SRE practices, incident management, and postmortems.
• Identify and implement infrastructure tooling that supports scalability, efficiency, and compliance across production systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading DevOps or Infrastructure teams, including mentoring, ownership, and delivery responsibility.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS architecture and services.
• Extensive experience managing and operating production systems at scale.
• Deep experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Git-based workflows, build/test/release automation).
• Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong Linux administration and scripting skills.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
• Experience managing databases in production, including backup, replication, and redundancy strategies.
• Strong experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, and distributed system components.
• Experience developing tools or automation in Golang (or equivalent).
