Warehouse Supervisor

flō is a tech startup based in Israel, developing a new digital printing technology for optical lens coatings. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor will support the Operations team in managing inventory and ensuring efficient storage/distribution of supplies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively and a keen eye for detail. This role will report to flō’s Supply Chain & Logistics Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day activities of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using electronic systems and ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet operational needs.
• Implement and enforce best practices for warehouse organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and replenishment processes.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics such as efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or operational processes.
• Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to support company goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role in a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and systems – Priority is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field - preferred.
