Head of Data & AI

The automotive industry is undergoing a massive transformation, and at Union Motors – Toyota, we are putting data in the driver’s seat. We are looking for a visionary Data & AI Lead to join our leadership team in Rishon LeZion and shape the future of mobility through advanced analytics and innovation.

As our Data & AI Lead, you won't just manage systems—you will build the engine that drives our business performance and redefines the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build & Inspire: Recruit and lead a high-performing team of Data Engineers, Scientists, and Analysts.
• Innovate: Design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions and optimize our data architecture.
• Strategize: Partner with executive leadership to bridge the gap between complex business needs and state-of-the-art technology.

Requirements:

• An Experienced Leader: 8+ years in the Data world, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
• AI Expert: A proven track record of delivering large-scale AI/ML projects in complex environments.
• Tech-Savvy: Deep expertise in Cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and BI ecosystems (Power BI/Tableau).
• Academic Background: Relevant Bachelor’s degree (CS, Industrial Engineering, or Statistics).
