We are looking for an experienced Computer Vision & ML Algorithm Developer to join our Image Processing group within the ISTAR & EW division, working on cutting‑edge high‑power laser systems and innovative AI solutions.
What You’ll Do:
▪ Develop advanced algorithms for image understanding and analysis in the fields of Computer Vision and AI
▪ Work as part of the Image Processing team on breakthrough defense technologies
▪ Participate in the design and implementation of operational intelligence & surveillance systems
▪ Collaborate closely with system and software teams
▪ Lead algorithmic research and development tasks independently
▪ Contribute to system‑level understanding and integration of complex, multidisciplinary solutions
What We’re Looking For:
▪ M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering
▪ 7+ years of experience in Image Processing / Computer Vision / Machine Learning
▪ Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python
▪ Hands‑on experience with Deep Learning
▪ Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
▪ Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
▪ High motivation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
▪ Excellent interpersonal skills
▪ Experience with GPU programming – an advantage
