We are looking for a Customer Retention Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing clients, increasing customer lifetime value, and ensuring long-term engagement through professional relationship management and strategic retention activities.
This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong communication skills, commercial thinking, and experience in customer relationship management within a fast-paced environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Manage and retain an active portfolio of existing clients
- Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Increase customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value
- Reactivate inactive or low-activity clients
- Handle customer objections and concerns professionally
- Meet and exceed monthly retention and revenue targets
- Work closely with sales, compliance, and support teams
- Maintain accurate client documentation and CRM records
- Proven experience in customer retention / account management / sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and highly motivated personality
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Fluent in Arabic
- Experience in online trading / financial services – an advantage
