Customer Retention Manager

• Manage and retain an active portfolio of existing clients
• Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Increase customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value
• Reactivate inactive or low-activity clients
• Handle customer objections and concerns professionally
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and revenue targets
• Work closely with sales, compliance, and support teams
• Maintain accurate client documentation and CRM records

• Proven experience in customer retention / account management / sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and highly motivated personality
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Fluent in Arabic
• Experience in online trading / financial services – an advantage
